Leadership & Communication

Leadership & Communication

As a component of the diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) process, inclusion stands as the least formidable element in the culture and structure of an organization . This is because the students are not aligned to the leadership aspects of DE&I during their campus to corporate transitions. For graduates, it is the all-inclusive, fully engaged teamwork that makes them leaders of tomorrow with connected  engagements.

Businesses run on an effective communication and it’s imperative for business students put more effort into improving the communication skills. The students should acquire the confidence to communicate easily and effectively to have an edge over other candidates during campus to corporate transitions. It begins with each student able to promote themselves and “brand”, develop a solid resume, Video on Vision and then crack and GDPI : it needs coaching and practice
